Testing Notes

  • ●委托测试须填写《测试申请表》，测试申请表本着双方自愿的原则共同签署。申请表上的信息请填写完整，并且需客户签字确认后生效，本公司将依据申请表信息及列明的条款进行测试。
    (Complete testing application should be filled before any tests, It will come into valid after signed in by both sides voluntarily, and tests will follow the information written on testing application form. )
  • ●如果客户对检测项目和测试标准不甚了解，本公司乐于协助客户选择合适的检测项目和测试标准。如果客户没有指定采用标准的版本号，本公司将默认使用最新版本。
    (If the clients are not familiar with testing item and standard, we are willing to assist our clients to choose the suitable services. If there is no requested standard version ,We will use the latest.)
  • ●由于客户送检样品尺寸过小等原因造成的与检测标准的偏离，须经客户同意后，本公司才安排测试，并在报告中注明。
    (The undersize samples could cause deviation.So it can’t be tested without the agreement by clients.Relevant information will be written in the report.)
  • ●若测试申请表中包含多个检测项目，如无特殊说明，每一份测试申请表中申请的检测项目将会包含在同一份检测报告中，并且检测报告须在所有检测完成后方会寄出。
    (When an application requires several items, testing items of which will be concluded into the same report,and test report will not issued until all tests are completed. )
  • ●如无相关标准和说明，本公司不对检测结果予以评价。
    (No comment may be given for the test items if related standard or specification is not available.)
  • ●如对检测报告结果有异议，应于收到检测报告之日起三十日内向本公司提出，逾期不予受理。
    (Disagreement against report,if any,should be offered to us within 30 days since receiving this report.otherwise,our company will receive no dissidence after the time limit.)
  • ●所有样品本公司将保留三个月，如需延长保留期限，请额外说明；如要求返还样品，应在申请表中注明，本公司将不再受理关于该样品检测结果复检的要求或投诉。
    (Tested samples are generally retained for a period of 3 months,if longer retaining period needed,please give additional notice.)
  • ●星期六、星期日及国家法定假期为非工作日，下午2:00以后收到的测试申请，需于下个工作日开始处理。
    (Sundays and public holidays are not working days.Application received after 2:00 pm will be considered as submissions of the following half working day.)")
  • ●常规检测按本公司价目表收费，如测试数量较大，经双方协商，可以给予价格优惠。
    (Regular services are subject go our price list. A quantity discount is available on a contract basis, subject to agreed terms.)
  • ●成为我公司的长期协议客户，将获得检测费用的约定折扣，获得质量标准现场培训及技术支持，享有检测任务的优先安排，并免收加急费用。
    (Being our long-term customers, We will offer the approved discounts,quality standard training and technical support, and priority in testing schedule with no express service charges.)
